Royal Mail FedEx ParcelForce Wyvern Cargo BFPO Collection from our Warehouse


All delivery services are quoted from the time that your order leaves us, and not from the time that you place your order on our website.

We recommend that you place your order before 14:00 if you are wanting it for the next day - generally the sooner you place your order the quicker we can get it out to you!
Royal Mail
  First & Second Class
This is a first or second class service (depending on your chosen method) from the day of despatch. 95% of first class items arrive the next working day, although this is a Royal Mail statistic and is not guaranteed. Some ares include a postal drop on Saturdays, but it depends on your local postman. This service is only provided for small, lightweight and low value items as a cheap alternative to a larger parcel delivery.

  • The maximum weight for this service is 2kg on first class, or 1kg on second class.
  • This service is limited to a maximum order value of £10.00.
  • We obtain proof of posting when Royal Mail collect your packet.
  • By selecting this method, you take on liability for your packet once it enters the postal system.

    • All postage prices are calculated using the post code that you specify in your delivery address, and take into account the destination and weight of your parcel.

    Recorded Delivery
    This is a first or second class service (depending on your chosen method) from the day of despatch. 95% of first class items arrive the next working day, although this is a Royal Mail statistic and is not guaranteed.     Special Delivery
    This is a 24 hour service from the day of despatch. All parcels are fully trackable throughout their journey and will require a signature upon delivery.

  • The maximum weight for this service is 10kg.
  • This service is limited to a maximum order value of £500.00.
  • A signature will be required upon delivery.


    • All postage prices are calculated using the post code that you specify in your delivery address, and take into account the destination and weight of your parcel.

    Special Delivery Saturday
    Saturday deliveries are a great option if you are not able to take a delivery during the week. There is an additional cost for a delivery on a Saturday, which will be calculated when you begin the checkout process. All parcels are fully trackable throughout their journey and will require a signature upon delivery.

  • The maximum weight for this service is 10kg.
  • This service is limited to a maximum order value of £500.00.
  • A signature will be required upon delivery.


    • International Signed For
    This service provides a secure, low-cost alternative to expensive courier shipping for smaller and lighter parcels. Your package is insured and tracked throughout its journey. This service is available to most international destinations.

  • The maximum weight for this service is 2kg.
  • This service is limited to a maximum order value of £500.00.
  • A signature will be required upon delivery.
  • Available to most countries worldwide.


    • All postage prices are calculated using the post code that you specify in your delivery address, and take into account the destination and weight of your parcel.
    FedEx
      Standard
    This is a 24 hour service from the day of despatch. All parcels are fully trackable throughout their journey and will require a signature upon delivery. Offshore destinations (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and the Scottish Highlands) are also an option for this service, but may be subject to additional charges.

    All shipping prices are calculated using the post code that you specify in your delivery address, and take into account the destination and weight of your parcel.

    Saturday Delivery

    ParcelForce
      Standard
    This is a 24 hour service from the day of despatch (48 hours for Northern Ireland). All parcels are fully trackable throughout their journey and will require a signature upon delivery. Offshore destinations (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Highlands and Jersey/Guernsey) are also an option for this service, but may be subject to additional charges.

    All shipping prices are calculated using the post code that you specify in your delivery address, and take into account the destination and weight of your parcel.

    Saturday Delivery

    International & Euro 48
    This service provides a secure shipping method for all our overseas customers. Your package is insured and tracked throughout its journey. This service is available to most international destinations.

  • A signature will be required upon delivery.
  • Available to most countries worldwide.

    Wyvern Cargo
      Heavy Pallet Service
    We are able to provide a three-day pallet service on heavy orders such as bulk bb shipments. This method will display if your basket weight is over 50kg and is often cheaper than shipping lots of smaller parcels.

  • Option for orders weighing 50kg or more.
  • Fixed price per pallet.
  • Maximum dimensions packed 1.2m x 1.2m x 1m @ 500kg.

    BFPO (British Forces Post Office)
      Special Delivery
    BFPO delivery should be used if your delivery address is to a BFPO number. BFPO numbers are assigned to members of the HM forces whilst overseas.

    Our BFPO delivery option applies a weight based delivery price on your shopping basket contents.
  • Your special delivery parcel is insured up to £500 for loss or damage.
  • A signature will be required on delivery.
  • The maximum weight per-parcel for this service is 2kg.


    • This option should not be used for normal addresses, or HM Forces addresses that are not part of the BFPO system. All BFPO packages are shipped through Royal Mail.
    Collection from our Warehouse
      Collection
    Our customers are of course welcome to pop in and collect their orders from our collections counter during our opening hours. We don't have a shop to browse, so your best bet is to use our swanky website to its maximum, place your order and then pop in and pick it up to save on the old postage.

  • Place your order on our website, then pop in and pick it up to save postage money.
  • Your order will be charged in advance, so it is down to you when you collect it.
  • We'll call you after 7 days if you've not been in, just to check.
